Resep Spaghetti Jawa

Kami sekeluarga tidak suka saos, tapi kami pengen makan spagethi. Nyari resep sana sini nemunya semua make oregano n saos. Akhirnya kami coba-coba bikin resep sendiri. Dan, alhamdulillah hasilnya enak sekali. Bahkan Dzaki, anak kami, makan dengan lahapnya. Berikut resepnya:

Spaghetti 200 gram
Daging cincang 200 gram
Tomat 4 biji
Bawang bombay 1 siung

Bumbu:
- 3 siung bawang putih
- merica secukupnya
- garam secukupnya

Cara memasaknya:
. Rebus spaghetti dalam air mendidih selama kurang lebih 10 menit
. Rebus tomat sampai kulitnya layu. Tiriskan, kupas kulitnya, lalu blender.
. Haluskan semua bumbu
. Tumis bawang bombay yang sudah diiris tipis, lalu masukkan bumbu, tomat, daging cincang, tambahkan sedikit gula.
. Angkat dan tiriskan spaghetti
. Tuangkan bumbu di atas spaghetti, tambahkan kecap manis sesuai selera.

waw mantap juga tu bos, bisa bikin Spaghetti Jawa Restaurand, aku yakin kalo promosi bagus sphageti Jawa ini bisa laris..

Alhamdulillah, akhirnya urusan administrasi kenegaraan-nya Marwa sudah hampir selesai. Kemarin sore, di paspor marwa sudah ada visa pelancong selama 30 hari, tinggal nunggu proses di Putrajaya selama 7 hari untuk mendapatkan Multiple Entry-nya. Selepas itu, selesai....
